Inte är man rädd för färger i Spanien,
se bara den granna barnvagnen. Ett
annat vanligt transportmedel är mopeder
och mc. Ett lite mer ovanlig transport är väl denna lyxiga båt med en mindre sportbåt i aktern.

They are not afraid of colors in Spain,

transport is this luxurious boat with a
small sport boat in the stern.

Norrman på besök. Inte är den vacker denna enorma båt, men rymmer nog en hel del lägenheter/hytter de flesta med sjöutsikt.

Norwegian visit. This huge boat isn't beautiful, but holds probably a lot of apartments / cabins, most of them also with sea view.

Kåre (Ulfs kusin) ringde och frågade om vi ville komma på middag. Och det ville vi förstås. Kåre och han Ann-Britt bor inte så långt utanför Malaga. Utsikten från deras terrass var fantastisk.

Kåre (Ulf's cousin) called and asked if we would like to come to dinner. And of course we wanted to that. Kåre and his Ann-Britt don't live far outside Malaga. The view from their terrace was stunning.

När man bor så här fint så äter nog man alla sina måltider utomhus, var annars? Förresten tillbringar man nog sin vakna tid mestadels på terrassen. Det skulle i alla fall vi göra.

When you live this nice you eat probably all your meals outdoors, where else? You probably spend all your  waking time on terrace. We would.

precis som på många andra platser. Så
risken för grilldimma var obefintlig.

Kåre at the grill. Charcoal grilling was forbidden just like in many other places. So the risk of barbecue fog was nonexistent.

Detta är det världsberömda Centre Pompidous filial i Malaga. Ett verkligt blickfång i hamnen. Tyvärr hann vi inte med ett besök, men nu har vi något att se fram emot vid nästa besök.

I Malaga matar man fiskarna i hamnen i
stället för änderna i dammen eller duvornai parken.

In Malaga you feed the fish in the harbour instead of the ducks in the pond or the pigeons in the park.

och en pilsnerflaska i den andra och
värker fram ett mästerverk. Ett hårt liv!

We captured this image of a true artist hardships. Here he sits in his rocking chair with the brush in one hand and a beer bottle in the second and aches forward a masterpiece. A hard life!

En varm dag bestämde vi oss för att bestiga berget upp till Castillo de Gibralfaro.

On a hot day, we decided to climb the mountain up to the Castillo de Gibralfaro.

Siw blev kvar längst ner, hon tyckte det var för varmt. Efter en mycket varm och svettig vandring var utsikten var mödan värd, med hamnen och hela stan liggandes framför mina fötter.

Siw remained at the bottom, she thought it was too hot. After a very hot and sweaty hike, the view was worth the effort, with the port and the whole town  ying at my feet.

Man såg också tjurfäktningsarenan inklämd mellan höghusen. Dit måste vi gå.....

We also saw the bull ring wedged between the skyscrapers. There we must go .....

Detta är allt vi fick se av tjurfäktningsarenan. Det var bara bar och restaurang som var öppna. Allt annat var bommat.

It was just the bar and restaurant who were open. Everything else was closed.

Men vi fick se en matador i aktion i alla fall. Denna staty stod utanför arenan.

But we did see a bullfighter in action in all cases. This statue stood outside the arena.

När vi var på väg in mot staden på Paseo Parque kom ett demonstrationståg med häst och vagn i täten därefter massor av tutande bilar alla viftande med sina flaggor. Orkar man inte gå längre?
En lat demonstration, eller?

When we were heading towards the city on Paseo Parque a demonstration passed. They went by horse and carriage in the lead then lots of honking cars all waving their flags. To go on foot, too tough?
A lazy demonstration, right?

Malaga är Picassos födelsestad, så hans museum är väl ett måste. Inte för att vi är några fan av Picasso. Visserligen var han först med att förvrida perspektivet och sätta ögat där näsan sitter...

Malaga is Picasso's birthplace, so his museum is a must. Not that we are fan of Picasso. Admittedly, he was the first to distort the perspective and putting eye where the nose should be ...

Inne på museet var det förbjudet att fota. Denna bild hann vi ta innan vi blev stoppade.En tavla som Picasso gjorde innan alla kroppsdelar började halka omkring.

Inside the museum it was forbidden to take pictures. This picture is taken before we were stopped. A painting that Picasso did before all body parts started slipping around.

På stan hittade vi denna springbrunn som tagen ur någon skräckfilm. Vem vågar dricka ur denna?

In town we found this fountain. It looks like it is taken from a horror movie. Who dares to drink from this?

Denna mans-ko var målad direkt på väggen. Undrar hur länge ett sådant mästerverk får sitta?

This male cow was painted directly on the wall. Wonders how long such a masterpiece can remain?
